I have a 2017 Lexus GS350 AWD F-Sport with a large 12.3-inch screen and standard navigation system. Installed this equipment, connection does not require specialists, plug and play. There was one issue with the screen flickering and the joystick was not working correctly. With the help of the manager and engineer through remote access using a laptop as per their direct recommendation on how to connect and grant them access, the engineer resolved the issue with the joystick. . I had to wait a bit for the issue with the screen flickering, as they sent an additional wiring harness. The installation is simple, the diagram was sent without my request. All - the problem has been resolved. The manager handled my request very responsibly. For which I am grateful to her. The equipment is very well assembled and of high quality. I recommend this manufacturer.
